At Privateer, we do things a little different. We are a concierge service course experience with ranged offerings to suit your needs. The ethos is that there is not always one solution for your needs and realistically we're on the road with you, so it's our job to evaluate the bike as a whole system rather than just addressing one small component. Providing next level service from the ground up. Every tune is a meticulous pro tune and touch all points of your system to make sure it's safe and reliable. Treating Every first visit is a full disassembly and reassembly to ensure our standards of quality are met. Each system has different needs for each rider and those are assessed on delivery and provided an honest opinion based on what is seen, not what can be sold. Return trips can be treated as A la Carte, unless there has been intervention by other parties and then we refer back to the first visit scenario with the goal of mitigating repeat service due to inaccuracies.
